Every other sale during the year, the prices are first jacked to unrealistic levels and then slashed. We're so sorry - unfortunately we have not received this email message. Please can you visit our UK website and fill out an online "contact us" form? Hi, has sofa.com offered a satisfactory solution? I have the same problem with their sofa - seat and back cushions going flat, out of shape, and need daily re-plumping, which gets quite annoying.

If it wasn't for that I'd have gone elsewhere, and will do in future. I spent over £4k on sofas and was promised a pre Christmas delivery...I had to chase sofa.com and would not have known my sofas were not coming if I hadn't. Unfortunately they are great at sales point, but terrible when there is a service failure. To add insult to injury they offered me initially 2 scatter cushions to compensate! And after further complaining a further insult of £150...instead of the scatter cushions! They didn't quite get it when I tried to explain that scatter cushions was not going to fix the situation...

And versatile enough to change the look in a jiffy with the addition of a few bright colored cushions and rug. It’s the perfect one for a room with grey walls. This tan colored full leather sofa in solid wood frame is the shortest width wise of them all. But, it made it to the top of my list for its elegant color that will give a sophisticated look to any living room. It scores high on styling; the slight incline of the backrest will add to the comfort factor. It will never go out of style and the compact piece is a perfect fit for apartments.

I raise compalin with customer service. Someone from quality department visited my home for inspection. Attempted contacting them 3 times!!!! Expensive merchandise with no customer service backing, showing little care for anyone that tried to support them in the U.S.

I bought a dinner set online by click n collect and when i got in my hand it was another product. The same things goes with what i experienced from centerpoint here also. We recently purchased a sofa from Sofa.com and after a number of attempts to correct the issue, Sofa.com continues to makes mistakes. Similar to an earlier complaint posted by someone below, we received our sofa and noticed a very bad smell coming from the seat and back cushions. After removing the covers and letting them air out, the smell remained. Upon closer inspection, we noticed the cushions were covered in mold.
Bad decision of stoping services for out of warranty products
We truly are sorry for the service that you have received up until this point and wish to assure you that this is not how we wish for any customer to feel. Can you explain why the Home centre is making a fool out of their customers? Since 24 September 2022, my consignment has been out for delivery but has still not been delivered. Even a Customer care executive provides false intimations about the status of delivery. Also, despite the sofa being stain protected, some strange marks have appeared on it. They look like stains, but I haven't spilled anything on it. It's almost as if the dye has reacted to something and degraded. It's out of its warranty period so I think my only option is to either buy new covers or to get rid of it.
The first one seemed to have only feathers in the seat cushions and they are constantly going flat. I'd say this was a pretty basic design fault. Again, this is a really basic design fault. I assumed it would get better over time but it hasn't, and I am constantly cleaning up feathers.
The email to your wife was sent in error and when you notified us of this mistake, we were more than happy to honour this. We would like to apologise once again for any frustration caused. We are divided on that single piece of furniture where we rest our rear as we can’t seem to agree on the colour, size, comfort, or style.

Sofa.com has tried to rectify the situation but are mainly unhelpful and many deliveries later, still haven't corrected the situation. I would suggest Sofa.com be sympathetic to customers who have similar experiences to mine and improve the process in place for managing unhappy customers. I purchased bedroom set from Home Center Abu Dhabi. Bed frame has broken in 7 months time.
