I contacted sofa.com under the 10 yr warranty for the frame. They were quick to send a sub-contractor out to take a look. Sadly the fault was worse after his visit.
Apologies for this inconvenience, unfortunately we don't have any contact details to call or email you so this would really be the best way to proceed. I have called more than 15 times and mails, visited home centre store as well. Anyone can write a Trustpilot review.

We are also happy to exchange this bed for another in a different fabric entirely. If you wish to return this bed then we will contact you once the bed has been returned to our warehouse and process a full refund. One of the characteristics of our light-weight linens is that this fabric is subject to slubs and slight weave imperfections. These are considered an inherent fabric feature, rather than a flaw. I definitely felt like a number rather than a person... Hi, Brought my sofa from sofa.com and it will shortly be gracing a charity furniture shop. It's not lasted four years and the key problem is that it quickly lost it shape and wore very badly. Supposed to be Scotch guarded but after a professional dry clean it has aged quickly with feathers flying everywhere. Loved the shopping experience and styling is spot on but they need to back it up with quality. My mum purchased one shortly after me on my recommendation and is also disposing of hers.
People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. Dealing with Homecentre is a nightmare. I have received several promises that my table would be delivered. It’s a part-time job dealing with my order. Then you have to be very careful when it comes to stains .

Sofa.com has tried to rectify the situation but are mainly unhelpful and many deliveries later, still haven't corrected the situation. I would suggest Sofa.com be sympathetic to customers who have similar experiences to mine and improve the process in place for managing unhappy customers. I purchased bedroom set from Home Center Abu Dhabi. Bed frame has broken in 7 months time.
As much as I’d like to, I can’t dispute that keeping the spill and stain nightmares aside. If I ever to go with a fabric sofa ever, I would choose this one. The length is perfect for a mid-day nap. Add a few bright textiles to work around this neutral coloured sofa.
We have had to cancel Christmas at our house as I have nowhere to sit my aging mother and father in-law. I recommend they seriously need to look at their service failure process. We are heading back to John Lewis.... Unfortunately for us their demand is high so they don't need to react.
The first one seemed to have only feathers in the seat cushions and they are constantly going flat. I'd say this was a pretty basic design fault. Again, this is a really basic design fault. I assumed it would get better over time but it hasn't, and I am constantly cleaning up feathers.
